Big Sound, Small Town

Recently I was a guest on a very cool podcast that’s recorded at the Earl Scruggs Center called ‘Big Sound, Little Town’ and hosted by a great guy named Sandy Carlton who used to be Johnny Paycheck’s harmonica player!

We talked about my upcoming album, the reason I said I was opening for Paul McCartney, knowing your music and being able to perform vs reading off an iPad, songwriting, marching to the beat of your own drum and what success as a musician looks like and how to achieve it. I chop a little wood on the acoustic too. Listen on whatever platform you use to get your podcasts.
